Search terms
A name or location entered in a search tool is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its receipt and processing.
Messages
An email or contact message may be retained long enough to answer it, manage the exchange, and protect the service. It is not shared outside the organization unless a service provider must process it or disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data and Cookies
Ordinary web systems may automatically receive an IP address, browser and version, device and operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referring page, and access timestamps. This data helps operate, secure, and measure the site.
