Nature of the Site
This privately owned reference points visitors to Wilkinson County jail-release, court, MDOC, supervision, notification, and federal resources. It stores no official inmate or release records and cannot confirm status, free a person, file a request, change a record, or act as a private investigation firm. Outside research tools operate independently.
Acceptable Use
Visitors must use the site lawfully and without harming people, systems, or access for others. A user may not stalk, harass, threaten, evade access controls, introduce harmful code, run bots or scrapers, overload the service, copy protected content, or use information for an unlawful decision or act.
No Consumer Reports
This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and provides no consumer report, background check, credit report, or screening service. Site information and partner results may not be used for employment or hiring decisions, tenant or housing screening, creditworthiness, insurance, licensing, public-benefit eligibility, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.

Links may lead to sheriff, court, corrections, public-record, legal, notification, and independent search services. A link is not an endorsement. The publisher does not control an outside site's content, availability, data handling, fees, or terms. Visitors must review the outside operator's policies.
